Meet Maria Valencia, the dedicated and compassionate CEO of our surrogacy agency. With a wealth of experience in the field, Maria is committed to providing a supportive and nurturing environment for intended parents and gestational carriers alike.
With a degree in business and a passion for helping others, Maria has dedicated her career to supporting individuals, couples, and surrogates on their journey through surrogacy since 2001, when she began working in the field of assisted reproductive technology (ART). With a strong belief in the importance of trust, integrity, and respect, Maria collaborates with top fertility clinics, legal professionals, and mental health professionals to ensure that every surrogacy arrangement is handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.
Maria also serves as the chair of The Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDS) mentorship program, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to new agencies. Through this program, she has had the opportunity to guide many agency owners in their goal of running an ethical agency. Maria is also part of numerous organizations that advocate for family equality, such as Resolve. She is also a member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). In the last 23 years in the industry, Maria has had the opportunity to travel to multiple countries and advocate for surrogacy, as well as help intended parents from all over the globe achieve their dream of having a child.
