Natalie joined West Coast Surrogacy in 2023, bringing with her nearly two decades of invaluable experience in the field of fertility. Her journey in this specialized field began as a medical assistant working diligently behind the scenes in a fertility clinic. Over the years, her unwavering dedication and passion for helping others propelled her through the ranks, ultimately leading her to become an LVN/Nurse Coordinator specializing inthird party cases (surrogacy and egg donation).
Having been immersed in the fertility process from its very inception to its joyful culmination, Natalie possesses a unique and comprehensive understanding of every aspect of this intricate journey. She has not only assisted in the operating room during critical procedures like egg retrievals and embryo transfers but has also adeptly managed medication cycles. Furthermore, she has been a compassionate guide, imparting her knowledge to patients and helping them navigate the labyrinth of fertility medications used in treatment.
Natalie's devotion to her patients and her profound empathy for their struggles led her to embark on a deeply personal journey. Inspired by the profound connections she forged with her patients; she chose to become a surrogate for one of her dearest patients. This experience provided her with an even deeper understanding of the surrogacy process and the remarkable ways it unites communities for the greater good.
In her relentless pursuit of supporting the fertility community, Natalie founded a small but impactful injection assistance company. Through this endeavor, she extends a
helping hand to fertility patients, ensuring that they can comfortably manage their medications in the familiarity of their own homes. Being able to offer her extensive knowledge and unwavering support in this capacity has been an immensely rewarding experience for Natalie.
Now, as an integral part of West Coast Surrogacy, Natalie aspires to elevate the level of care and support provided to intended parents and surrogates to an exceptional standard.
